Refunds and Payments
Flowers on Cashmere may, depending on the circumstances, refund the price of the product. We are also able to offer other solutions such as re sending the product or re sending a different gift of the same value. This will be determined on a case by case basis by our complete discretion.
Payments are processed through the secure Stripe system. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the Stripe system. No credit card information is stored by us and Stripe protects personal information – at a minimum – to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS”).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds to your original payment method will show within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
Flowers on Cashmere cannot cancel any order that has already been made up. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Flowers on Cashmere will accept cancellation and provide a full refund.
Promotion Conditions
Any discounted or gift with purchase promotion presented by Flowers on Cashmere does not include Gift Vouchers, Delivery charges, Wedding orders, Funeral arrangements for the service or on Account payments.
